About Me

Hello! I'm Mors, a 24-year-old game programmer and designer from Turkey, currently living in Istanbul.

Game development is something I feel very passionate about, and I've been interested in it ever since my childhood. I mainly use GameMaker for my game projects and have over 15 years of experience with it. I've made dozens of games with it, and even got to work with the company behind GameMaker, Opera to implement my game Operius to Opera GX as the browser's official built-in offline game.

Outside GameMaker I consider myself mainly a C# developer, and it's what's been powering my projects as of recently. I also like to use other game engines and frameworks time to time, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and MonoGame. I consider myself rather proficient in them as well.

I don't only make games though, in the past I've also developed various different types of tools, libraries, and software that are not always game development related. I also have some frontend web design experience, though it's not something I do often these days, as my passion mainly lies in game development.

Of course playing games is another hobby of mine. Platformers, racing games, and visual novels tend to be my favorite, though I often find myself playing a wide variety of genres of games and don't like limiting myself to specific types of games.
